Re: Educators Digest, Vol 3296, Issue 1

Kurt Winkelmann
Dear Second Life researchers and education enthusiasts,

Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech) is hosting the 2017 Virtual Worlds Education (VWE) Conference in Melbourne, Florida on June 5 - 8. The 2017 VWE Conference will bring together educators, researchers, and developers interested in the use of virtual worlds for STEM education. We are planning engaging activities and interesting presentations for participants throughout the week. You can read more about the conference at http://411.fit.edu/virtualworlds. There is no registration cost for this conference thanks to funding from the National Science Foundation. Attendees who are presenting at the conference stay on Florida Tech's campus with rooms and meals also paid for by NSF. Travel stipends will be available for presenters as well.

You can register at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2017VWEConference

I hope that you have the opportunity to join us at the 2017 Virtual Worlds Education Conference at Florida Tech. Please feel free to contact me ([hidden email]) with any questions about the conference.

Best wishes,

Kurt
