Supporting Brain Injury for the March 17 Nonprofit Commons Meeting

Joyce Bettencourt-2

Join us this Friday, March 17th for the Nonprofit Commons in Second Life meeting featuring Gloria Kraegel (Namaara MacMoragh in SL) presenting on how Brain Injury affects individuals, families, and workplaces. This presentation will address some low cost and useful ideas for employers and individuals with cognitive challenges to work together and create an accommodating and productive workplace.

Gloria's current project with the Brain Energy Support Team (BEST) gives her an even greater opportunity to blend real life situations with Second Life experiences that raise awareness, model healthy living skills, and provide educational opportunities for individuals, professionals, classrooms, and businesses within, and outside of, the brain injury community.
