Kevin Feenan is the founder of Rockcliffe University Consortium, a non-profit professional association of educational designers and technologists.
Leticia De Leon is an Associate Professor at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and also currently serving as the Curriculum Review Committee Chair for Rockcliffe's professional development services.
